This year’s program has been reimagined to provide the leaders of both our association and the industry with the information and skills needed to succeed. The Nov. 10 Executive Leadership Forum will focus on several high-impact keynotes designed to provide the leaders of our industry with insights into transforming team members into change leaders, leveraging opportunities created by the pandemic, and understanding the neuroscience behind leadership. The day will conclude with an opportunity to network with peers from around the country to discuss the day’s lessons and our future challenges.

Associated Builders and Contractors has a nearly 75-year history of having informed chapter and national member leadership. On Nov. 11, the focus will shift to ensuring our current association leaders are prepared to face the challenges in 2022 and beyond during our traditional Leadership Institute program. The day begins with a peer-to-peer discussion of what concerns our chapter leaders have this coming year. The day’s sessions will serve as a knowledge base to build upon throughout the year. New this year is the opportunity to reconnect quarterly to deepen your knowledge on chapter operations, governance and trends. Registration for the traditional Leadership Institute program includes access to Executive Leadership Forum content.
