Maury Baskin
Maury Baskin General Counsel, ABC
Maury Baskin serves as ABC’s general counsel and is a shareholder in the Washington, D.C., office of Littler Mendelson P.C. and Littler’s Construction Industry Group. He is one of the chief legal advocates for the rights of employers on government-mandated project labor agreements, prevailing wage expansion and union corporate campaigns throughout the country. Baskin has substantial litigation experience before the federal and state courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.

John Nienstedt is the co-founder and owner of Competitive Edge Research & Communication Inc., a leader in computerized polling with predictive dialers. He launched the KPBS/Competitive Edge Research San Diego County Opinion Assessment and partnered the San Diego Institute for Policy Research to conduct surveys of county residents. He is a frequent speaker at campaign seminars and has written on politics and polling for The San Diego Union-Tribune and Campaigns & Elections magazine.

Tony Rader
Tony Rader President, National Roofing Partners
Tony Rader, vice president of National Roofing Partners, Coppell, Texas, is ABC’s 2018 chair-elect. Previously he was ABC’s South Central region vice chairman. He served on the board from 2008 to 2012, is a member of the ABC Services Corp. board of directors and has been a trustee of the association’s political action committee, ABC PAC, since 2009. Rader served as chairman of the ABC TEXO Chapter in 2010.

Ray Zamora
Ray Zamora President, AnchorBuilt Inc.
Ray Zamora, president of AnchorBuilt Inc., Albuquerque, N.M., is ABC’s 2018 secretary and Mountain West region vice chair. Zamora also served two consecutive terms as chair of the board for the ABC New Mexico Chapter. During his tenure, Zamora was active in defeating a potential project labor agreement in Santa Fe, N.M. He also worked to expand the apprenticeship program into the southern region of New Mexico.
