Maury Baskin
Maury Baskin Shareholder , Littler Mendelson P.C.
Maury Baskin serves as ABC’s general counsel and is a shareholder in the Washington, D.C., office of Littler Mendelson P.C. and chairs Littler’s Construction Industry Group. He is one of the chief legal advocates for the rights of employers on government-mandated project labor agreements, prevailing wage expansion and union corporate campaigns throughout the country. Baskin has substantial litigation experience before the federal and state courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Michael Bellaman
Michael Bellaman President & CEO , ABC National
Michael D. Bellaman was named ABC president and CEO in 2011 after spending more than 20 years in the construction industry. He leads the association to deliver on its strategic goals: to establish ABC members as the world-class standard for health, safety and environment; increase the political influence of ABC; be the leading force for workforce development and education; and continuously grow and deliver value to a diverse and committed membership. 

Doug Curtis
Doug Curtis Vice President of Chapter Services , ABC National
Doug Curtis joined ABC in 1999, bringing experience from previous positions in association management, direct marketing and politics. He has served as vice president for chapter services since 2009.  His team provides support for ABC chapter staff in the areas of association management, membership development, chapter development, leadership and governance and communications, creating and deploying resources and tools to help ABC chapters reach their highest goals.

Katy Driver
Katy Driver Director of Membership Development , ABC National
Katy Driver started her career with ABC in 2011 at the Greater Houston Chapter and joined the national team in 2015.  As director of membership development, she works closely with chapter staff, boards and membership committees to promote member-driven recruitment and retention through strategic growth planning. She resides in Houston.

Téa Gennaro
Téa Gennaro Chief Financial Officer , ABC National

Téa Gennaro is responsible for managing and directing the accounting, finance and facilities functions at ABC and its affiliated organizations (ABC Political Action Committee, ABC Retirement and Savings Plan, Construction Legal Rights Foundation and ABC Services Corp.). She also serves as primary contact for chapters regarding nonprofit tax, accounting and related issues. In 2018 she received the Non-Profit CFO of the Year, Rising Star award.

Monica Glowinski
Monica Glowinski Senior Director of Chapter Development , ABC National
Monica Glowinski is ABC’s senior director of chapter development. For nearly a decade, Monica has worked directly with ABC chapters on a wide range of projects, including strategic planning, board orientation, onboarding of new chapter staff and membership retention and recruitment. Monica is also a certified Franklin Covey facilitator. 

Steve Klessig
Steve Klessig Vice President of Architecture and Engineering , Keller Inc
Steve Klessig is the 2019 ABC Secretary and Midwest Region Vice Chair. He was chair of ABC Wisconsin in 2014. Klessig holds the ABC seat on Wisconsin’s Department of Workforce Development and Commercial Building Code Council. He served on the board of directors of the Wisconsin Association of School Boards for 11 years. Klessig is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Wisconsin Society of Architects.

Carol Laham
Carol Laham Partner , Wiley Rein LLP
Carol Laham advises corporations, trade associations, political groups and committees, candidates, PACs, media corporations and individuals on federal and state campaign finance and election laws, government ethics and lobbying laws. She is also an experienced litigator who regularly handles complex issues of political, constitutional and administrative law. Prior to joining the firm, Laham practiced in the Office of the General Counsel of the Federal Election Commission.

Stephen Lewis, Jr., CAE
Stephen Lewis, Jr., CAE Director of Governance and Leadership , ABC National
In his current role, Stephen’s primary focus is on ensuring good governance across the association and working with chapters to develop, promote and implement resources available through the national organization. Those resources include assistance with local program execution, staff and volunteer education in key areas of the association and board orientation. Lewis serves as a facilitator for strategic planning sessions. 

Timothy Mongeau
Timothy Mongeau Director of Workforce Development , ABC National
Timothy Mongeau oversees ABC’s 69-chapter network of more than 800 apprenticeship, craft, safety and construction management education programs across the country. He has more than 15 years of experience designing and implementing construction education programs at Zachry Industrial and BE&K Construction Co. and has been a member of ABC and the NCCER workforce development and assessment committees for more than a decade.

Anthony Murphy
Anthony Murphy Senior Economic Policy Advisor , Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas
Anthony Murphy is an applied econometrician with research interests in housing markets, savings and consumption, labor economics and finance. His articles have appeared in Computational Statistics and Data Analysis, Economics Letters, Economic Journal, Financial Analyst's Journal, Journal of Empirical Finance, Journal of Financial Stability and The Oxford Review of Economic Policy, among others. His current research focuses on the boom and bust in U.S. house prices and consumer spending. 

Kristian Ribberström
Kristian Ribberström Chief Experience Officer , The Medici Group
Throughout his decade of work at Medici, Kristian Ribberström has helped teams and leaders navigate the uncertainty of fast-changing markets in highly regulated industries. He has delivered and overseen training and consulting engagements at organizations such as Disney, Mastercard, Under Armour and the European Union. Ribberström is a frequent speaker on diversity, inclusion and innovation at events such as TEDxSpringfield, Catalyst and the Billie Jean King Leadership Initiative. 

Kristen Swearingen
Kristen Swearingen Vice President, Legislative & Political Affairs , ABC National
Kristen Swearingen serves as vice president of legislative and political affairs at ABC National. She leads the association’s lobbying efforts on Capitol Hill and coalition efforts in the business community. Prior to joining ABC, Swearingen served as a staffer in the office of former Sen. Jim Bunning (R-Ky.). Ms. Swearingen is a graduate of the College of Charleston.

Danielle Woodall
Danielle Woodall Director of Chapter Communications and Resources , ABC National
Danielle Woodall leads efforts to strengthen communications and resources between ABC National and it’s 69 chapters using a variety of channels and technologies. Danielle started her career with ABC at the Arkansas Chapter in 2008 and became part of the national team in 2012. She works with chapter staff, members and committees to help members develop people, win and deliver work safely, ethically and profitably for the betterment of their communities.
