She’ll share what it takes to build a strong talent pipeline, develop future leaders and create a succession plan that gives you a clear competitive advantage.
Defending the Merit Shop—What It Looks Like in 2022
Bannering, picketing, salting and stripping. Do these terms mean anything to you? After years of fighting against government-mandated, union-only project labor agreements, the political and legal challenges continue to evolve, requiring our organization to be on its toes as we work to protect merit shop contractors’ opportunities to bid and fairly compete on projects built in their communities. During this session, you will hear your colleagues’ real-life examples of the modern-day threat to their businesses and how ABC has helped them overcome these challenges.
Roles and Responsibilities of Construction Company Owners, Presidents and Managers
Construction company owners, presidents and managers take on too much themselves and don’t focus enough on what really matters. As a result, they tend to shut off and restrict their company growth, profits and full potential. Learn what your primary roles and responsibilities must be to build a “best-in-class” business! Learn how to prioritize, build a management team, manage others, hold people accountable, delegate, let go of control and help people to become the best they can be.
