  • Eligibility Requirements

    All teams must be from an ABC student chapter in good standing. If you are not an ABC student chapter and would like to compete, please contact Haley Moyers at moyers@abc.org or at (202) 595-1974.

    Each team member and alternate must be an active undergraduate member of the chapter and actively enrolled in their college or university at the time of the CMC. Only one team per college or university may compete in the competition.

Hotel Deadline

All reservations must be made by Friday, Oct. 6, 2017, to guarantee availability and conference rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates.

Cancellation
Policy

Registration cancellations received on or before Friday, Oct. 6, 2017 will be assessed a $100 administrative fee per registrant. No refunds will be given after this date, and refunds will not be given for no-shows after the event. Refund requests must be submitted in writing by emailing meetings@abc.org
