Register Today for this year's ABC Chapter Leadership Institute at Leadership Week! Chapter presidents, chairs and future volunteer leaders acquire all the tools they need to successfully run a chapter, from building a leadership team to governance and fiduciary duties.

The conference is designed to provide the 2017 chapter leadership team with all of the tools you may need to successfully lead your chapter. 

Sessions will focus on building the leadership team, succession planning, crisis management, governance and fiduciary duties, understanding leadership styles and strategic planning.  More tools will be provided in sessions with benchmarking tools and techniques for performance management.  

Interactive sessions are designed to present facts and information, give your team time to discuss implementation at your chapter, share with your peers and ask questions.
